You are going to have to face the things you fear. You need to look back on the past , not to dwell, but to learn. You will not be able to free yourself from oppression if you don’t face your past and your fears and deal with them fully. Once you do this you will be able to move yourself forward recognizing the potential you do have to shape your destiny.
